Directions to the City of Houston Municipal Court located at 1400 Lubbock, Houston, Texas:

Driving from I-45 Freeway: Exit McKinney and take a left on to Bagby Then take a Right on to Capital Street.

Driving from the Gulf Freeway (I-45): Exit Houston Avenue Then take a right on to Lubbock Street. Court House is on the left.

Driving from 59 Eastex (NORTH): Go 59 Southbound onto I-45 Then Exit Houston Avenue. Turn Right onto Lubbock Street. Court House is on the Left.

Driving from 59 Southwest Freeway(SOUTH): 59 Northbound onto I-45 then exit Houston Avenue. Turn Right on to Lubbock Street. Court House is on the Left. Driving from 288 South: Go I-45 (NORTH) toward Dallas. Then Exit Houston Avenue Turn Right onto Lubbock Street. Court House is on the Left.

Driving from 290 Freeway: Your going to take 290 to 610 to I-10 Katy Freeway(EAST) exit studemont turn Right go to second light which is Washington Avenue take a Left. Go to Houston avenue turn Right then take a Left on to Lubock street. Court house is on the Left.

Driving I-10 from Beaumont area: Take I-10 West to Taylor Street Turn Left it is also known as SAWYER STREET. Go over two Railroad tracks thru Center Street Light and Trun Left at Washington Avenue. Go to Houston Avenue and Turn Right. First and only light is Lubbock Street Turn left. Court house is on the Left.

Driving from Katy (I-10): Go I-10 East Exit Taylor Turn Right on to Taylor which is also known as Sawyer Street. Turn Right onto Taylor(SAWYER) go over two railroad tracks go thru Center Street Light and turn Left onto Washington Avenue. Go to Houston Avenue turn Left at the first and only light. Court House is on the Left.

Also Please note that if you are coming from the Main Post office off Franklin Street it does turn into Washington Avenue. Go to Houston Avenue and Turn Left onto Houston Avenue. Go to first and only light and turn Left onto Lubbock Street. Court House is on the Left.
